Hello all!

I know there haven’t been many new posts on MilitaryDoc.com but trust me it was for a good reason. Having gone through Commissioned Officer Training and being a U.S. Air Force officer I am very aware that what I do is a direct representation on the U.S. Air Force.  While this is a personal lifestyle blog and my words are my own and not those of the U.S. Air Force, I decided to take a little hiatus from my blog to consider if I wanted to continue writing this blog as I begin to prepare to become a Captain in the USAF and start my military residency. While I am proud of everything I have written and posted on this blog, I wanted to be sure that maintaining and writing this blog in no ways negatively impacts my career as a military officer.

Having reviewed the Air Force’s social media policy I am now confident that I can continue this blog while adhering to the military’s social media standard and I have decided to continue writing. Moving forward, I hope to give MilitaryDoc.com a whole new look in the next few weeks and I plan on writing many more articles geared towards HPSP students and about the military match process as well as incorporating some more “lifestyle type” blog posts.

I want to thank everyone who has continued to read, comment on and share my blog posts! You have given me the motivation to continue with this project of mine.  ❤
